This Refund Policy applies to all payments made for AITA ID registration or renewal to the All India Tennis Association (AITA).

1. General Policy

• 1.1 All AITA ID subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed and the AITA ID has been activated.
• 1.2 The subscription provides immediate access to digital player services; therefore, refunds are generally not permitted.

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

• 2.1 Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate payments or clear processing errors.
• 2.2 Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction and supported by proof of payment.

3. Ineligible or Rejected Applications

• 3.1 If an application is rejected by AITA prior to activation of the AITA ID, a refund may be issued at AITA's discretion, after deduction of administrative or banking charges where applicable.

4. Withdrawal or Non-Participation

• 4.1 No refunds will be issued if a player chooses not to participate in AITA events after obtaining an active AITA ID.
• 4.2 Partial use of the subscription period does not qualify for a partial refund.

5. Payment Charges

• 5.1 Any bank fees, payment gateway charges, or currency conversion costs incurred during the transaction may be deducted from any approved refund.

6. Processing Time

• 6.1 Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment where possible.
• 6.2 Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and payment providers.

7. Policy Changes

• 7.1 AITA reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on official AITA platforms.
